Multi-Level Products

• In most manufacturing systems you must create separate work orders for all subassemblies in the product structure. While you can also do this in Ezijobz, you have the option of manufacturing the entire product structure within a single job. This keeps all job details together for easier planning, scheduling, and tracking, and it reduces the number of steps in the overall process.



• Ezijobz includes an Ezi-Planner function that compares existing forecasts, sales, and job requirements against available stock and generates requirements level-by-level down through the product structures.



• The Ezi-Planner generates suggested order actions. From the Ezi-Planner screen you can easily generate and reschedule jobs and purchase orders.
