Make-to-Order
The great strength of Ezijobz is its ability to handle make-to-order manufacturing with a maximum amount of flexibility and a minimum number of steps. Ezijobz is optimized for getting product out the door as quickly as possible. Consider the following:
- You can quote a product from scratch or you can copy in a standard product's details into a quote or job and modify the details for special requirements.
- You can use our Ezi-Configurator to set up prompting questions that quickly create quotes and jobs based on pre-determined sets of features, options, and formulas.
- If you have products with different options such as color/style/size/fit etc., you can use our Ezi-Order Matrix to quickly select the options that apply to a particular order.
- There is no need to enter duplicate information in a separate sales order. In Ezijobz the order and the job are the same entity! Once a job is completed, you can invoice directly from the job.
- Formal part numbers do not have to be set up for items used on a one-time basis and can be entered on-the-fly in quote, jobs, and purchase orders.
